New initiatives are best implemented when they result in more efficient work, and I’m convinced that you will find this “virtual learning community” can become a real time-saver as you collaborate with your grade-level partners.

Hi 5th grade teachers. I'm jumping in with two feet, trying out this new world of blogging! If I can do it (being an older digital immigrant), then I'm confident many of you younger digital natives can keep the conversations going. Feel free to raise your questions, share your successes and post your ponderings, or just be a lurker for a while until you feel more comfortable. This venue has some great possibilities, so come join the fun!
